At Quantum Aerospace, we strive to provide world-class space logistics services. However, due to the unique and unpredictable nature of space missions, our refund policy is carefully structured. By purchasing any of our packages or services, you acknowledge that you are investing in a launch attempt, not a guaranteed outcome.

Refund Window for Space Delivery Services

  • 30-Day Refund Window: Customers may request a refund for their space delivery service within 30 days of purchase if they decide to cancel their participation for any reason prior to the launch. After this 30-day window, no refunds will be provided, as preparations and investments for the launch will have already been initiated.

No Refunds for Unsuccessful Missions

  • Unsuccessful Mission: Due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., equipment issues, regulatory changes, weather conditions), a space mission may be unsuccessful. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
  • Discount for Future Launch: If a mission fails, you are eligible for a 50% discount on the next available launch attempt. This discount is an option to reinvest in a future launch attempt and does not serve as compensation for the failed mission.

Launch Date Changes

Launch dates are flexible and subject to change due to external factors. Any delay or change in the scheduled launch date does not warrant a refund under any circumstances. We will keep clients informed about the updated schedule as soon as it becomes available.

Refund Policy for Apparel and Merchandise

  • 30-Day Return Window for Apparel and Merchandise: Customers may request a refund for any apparel or merchandise purchased through our online shop within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will only be granted for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. After this 30-day window, no refunds will be provided.

Physical Products

For physical products related to our space services, returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged. Please follow the return instructions provided at the time of purchase or contact us at info@quantum-aerospace.com.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Perishable, intimate, or hazardous goods

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
